The award ceremony and the presentation of the cheques took place on 19 March in the Assembly Hall of Brno's New Town Hall. During Wednesday's announcement of the Brno Ph.D. Talent, 25 young scientists from Brno universities received a cheque for CZK 360,000, which will cover three years of their doctoral studies. Brno Ph.D. Talent Competition. Talent is funded by the City of Brno and since 2009 it has been organised in cooperation with the JCMM (South Moravian Centre for International Mobility).
